How do I freeze or unfreeze my MogoCard?

To freeze your MogoCard, log into your MogoAccount and select the "Lost or Stolen Card" option from within the Card dashboard. You'll see a button—toggle it to freeze or unfreeze your card. Easy.

You'll receive an email from us confirming you've successfully frozen/unfrozen your card. 

Keep in mind, freezing your card is not the same as cancelling it. An inactivity fee will kick in if your MogoCard isn't used in 365 consecutive days, even if it's frozen. Chat with us online if you need to have your card cancelled or replaced.
