What do I do if I see an inquiry that wasn’t from me?

If you see an inquiry that you didn’t authorize, it’s important to investigate further. You can flag the suspicious credit inquiry and follow the steps provided in your MogoProtect dashboard—just make sure you don’t skip any steps! As your security is important to us, we have read-only access to inquiries on your credit bureau. For privacy reasons, our Mogo Product Specialists can’t view or access the inquiries on your credit bureau.
