Why can't I link my bank account with my MogoCard?

If you can’t link your bank account, there are two main reasons why:
  1. We’re unable to connect to your bank right now. This is a technical hiccup and should only be temporary.
     
  2. We don’t support your bank right now. Although we support the big banks (TD, BMO, Scotiabank and RBC) and an extensive list of credit unions and regional banks, we don’t support every single financial institution out there. (We’re working on this!)  
The following financial institutions are supported at this time:
  • BMO Bank of Montreal
  • ​TD Canada Trust
  • Tangerine
  • Scotiabank
  • RBC Royal Bank
  • CIBC
  • ATB Financial

Fear not! We’ll email you when we’re able to connect to your bank—or once we start supporting it. In the meantime, you can fund your MogoCard at any Canada Post location (for a $3 fee per $500).

Mogo Visa* Platinum Prepaid Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company pursuant to licence by Visa Int.
