How do I take a screenshot of my bank statement?

Last Updated: Aug 11, 2017 03:33PM PDT

If you're using Windows:
  1. Sign in to your online banking and open up your statement. Make sure the following are visible on the screen (if you need to take a few images to get it all, that's okay):
    • Your FULL name
    • Account number
    • Last payroll deposit
    • Last 30 days of activity
  2. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labeled [PrtScn].
  3. Open an image editing program, like Microsoft Paint.
  4. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.
  5. If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.
  6. Go to the File Menu and choose Save As.
  7. Choose a folder you'll be able to find again.
  8. Type a file name for the image.
  9. In the Save as type field below the File name, select JPEG.
  10. Click the Save button.
  11. Open your email and create a new email to apply@mogo.ca
  12. Attach the image you created using the attach function that should be readily available.
  13. Wait for the documents to attach (it shouldn't take long).
  14. Send the email.

  4. Attach the image you created using the attach function that should be readily available.
